Dyeing

Dyeing Capacity : 28 Ton Per Day. Brush : 2,000 Kg. Per Day. Emarizing : 1,000 Kg. Per Day. The dyeing section processes 100% cotton fabrics, blended fabrics and 100% polyester. We use highly environment -friendly dyes of the best quality. The section has a water treatment and recycling unit that attenuates the environmental input of dyeing processes by controlling the content of COD, BOD, pH, DO in the sewage water

Printing & Embroidery

Printing Capacity : 50,000 Pcs/Day. Using the latest printing technology and top quality machines, we at Garment Printing can print full color images onto a wide range of T-Shirts, polo shirts, hoodies and other clothing types. Our factory is perfect for short runs of fullcolor prints onto a wide range of clothing. We produce highquality printed clothing within a few hours of receiving your completed order, making it the perfect printing technique for fashion, promotional and sports team clothing

We have our own In-house Washing Facilities with Waste Water Effluent Treatment Plant and we can handle any type of wash. Washing Plant which is a union of Management skills and Technical know-how in the specialized area of Garment Washing and Special Finishing. It consists of a team of highly qualified and experienced people of international repute from Indian and SriLanka. Washing plant has been set-up under the same roof of garments unit, which has all hitechnology equipment’s to do all kinds of fancy/trendy washes especially in Denims and garment dyeing.
